Füsun Yılmaz-Phillipson is an Architect and Town Planner trained in Istanbul and London. With over 25 years of real estate experience at leading firms like Koç Holding, Koray Group, and Kemer Yapı, she founded FYP Project Development, Marketing and Sales in 2005. FYP delivers end-to-end development, concept, and marketing consultancy for major residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Turkey and internationally. To address lifestyle trends, she also established sister company Mee! Entertainment, specializing in leisure, hospitality, and cultural consultancy. Beyond FYP, Füsun serves as Executive Council Vice Chairman and Board Member at GYODer (Turkish Developers’ Association) and actively sits on the boards of charitable NGOs.
Partner Tony Phillipson started his career in London with the international firm of TRIAD architects.planners. He then joined the Mannai Investment Company as Development Director, in charge of a wide range of projects worldwide, and later formed his own development consultancy specialising in Turkey and the Caucasus. He took a lengthy sabbatical in 2000 – 2008 to join the Rahmi M. Koç Museum in Istanbul as Director. In 2008 he returned to the real estate sector, initially as CEO of a major property company in Tbilisi, Georgia, and latterly as a partner in FYP Project Development Marketing Sales. Tony has worked in a variety of countries including the UK, Turkey, Georgia, France, Italy, Hungary, Spain, the Eastern Caribbean, and Kenya.
