The 650,000 m2 Akzirve Gayrimenkul ‘Topkapı 29’ Project is a self-contained ‘Ecosystem’ that not only fulfils all the day-to-day needs of its residents, but also acts as a multi-purpose attraction to the surrounding area. It consists of over 1,500 residential units, a 45,000 m2 ‘Lifestyle Centre’ prioritising food and beverage, cultural and leisure components, and also has a number of alternative real estate functions such as student residences, extended-stay hotel, retirement housing, health and co-working. The first phase of the project is nearing completion. Over a period of four years, FYP provided the development concept and architectural brief, managed the architect selection process, provided ongoing development consultancy, and were exclusively responsible for the sales and marketing strategy and implementation.
