Before founding FYP, both Tony Phillipson and Füsun Yılmaz-Phillipson worked extensively on this project, Tony was responsible for architectural co-ordination and strategy, as well as designed large parts of the master plan and several unit types.
As a Vice-President of Marketing at Koray, Füsun was responsible for the lifestyle concept, brand positioning, 360-degree marketing management, advertisement & PR strategy, and sales. Her own in-house sales team quickly achieved sales of 180 units in the first phase.
