FYP was asked to audit the design for a small, 8-story boutique hotel in the busy Harbiye District of Istanbul, between the lifestyle districts of Nişantaşı and Bomonti. We made substantial changes to the concept, totally changing the sizes and mix of rooms to create more suites and a more up-market offer. We also redesigned the entrance floors to create a multi-purpose 24-hour branded food and beverage and coworking space, both to bring life to the building and create additional revenue. FYP was also engaged to carry out the interior design, and to produce and co-ordinate the architectural and engineering design and tender packages.
