A major mixed use development in the new business district of Maslak totalling some 180,000 m2 of residential, commercial and leisure space.
As part of the project development process FYP started with the client’s corporate structure and the project’s positioning strategy, selected and briefed the architects (Chapman Taylor of London), and devised the initial sales & marketing strategy.
