One of FYP’s longer term clients, Metal Yapı Konut has commissioned us to provide a variety of services on such major projects as this 780-unit Blue Lake Residence in Küçükçekmece, a major gated community in Zekeriyaköy, and the 52-storey Fako office tower in Levent.
For the Blue Lake Project development phase, FYP directed the following: pricing, Sales & Marketing positioning and strategy, brand positioning, sales office interior design planning and implementation, advertising implementation, PR and media procurement strategies, and the re-launch process.
