FYP was responsible for the selection, briefing, design direction and management of the internationally acclaimed Danish architectural practice EFFEKT for this 19-hectare, 150-unit mixed-use seafront development near Urla, İzmir. The scheme comprises an aparthotel, branded residences, apartments, luxury farmhouse-inspired villas, social facility and 2,400 m² of retail and commercial space.
Through EFFEKT’s innovative approach, the development introduces a distinctive new architectural language to the İzmir region, characterised by refined detailing, abundant natural light and a strong connection to its coastal setting. The result is a collection of elegant, spacious homes and commercial spaces that embody the timeless sophistication and understated luxury of contemporary Scandinavian design.
