FYP were selected by UK based developers Cube Capital to provide a market report and best use study for a brand-new retail development of some 60,000m2 GLA on the outskirts of Tbilisi. Once the recommendations of the report – which recommended a semi-open layout with a major emphasis in families and entertainment – were accepted, FYP was further retained to assist in the selection, briefing and monitoring of the architects for the project, and to devise a retail mix, letting plan and project brochure. The project opened in 2016 and is recognised as the most successful mall in Georgia.
