FYP was commissioned by Georgia’s leading private bank, TBC Bank, to carry out the marketing and letting of the first modern shopping mall in Tbilisi. The mall was created by converting a working main-line railway station into over 47,000 m2 of shopping, offices, food court, and office space. The letting services were successfully completed in 2009.
