FYP’s founder, Füsun Yilmaz-Phillipson, has advocated these principles throughout her 20 years’ experience of providing property development services to the real estate sector in Turkey and the region, and has built up a substantial portfolio of clients, partners, brands and projects in Istanbul, Turkey and abroad.
Co-founder Tony Phillipson started his career in London with the international firm of TRIAD architects.planners. He then joined the Mannai Investment Company as Development Director, in charge of a wide range of projects worldwide, and later formed his own development consultancy specialising in Turkey and the Caucasus.
He took a lengthy sabbatical in 2001 – 2008 to join the Rahmi M. Koç Museum in Istanbul as Director. In 2008 he returned to the real estate sector, initially as CEO of a major property company in Tbilisi, Georgia, and latterly as a partner in FYP.
Tony has worked in a variety of countries including the UK, Turkey, Georgia, France, Italy, Hungary, Spain, the Eastern Caribbean, and Kenya. He is a Board Member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Turkey, providing specialist input on design and property-related matters.
Our principals are supported by a core team of long-term and experienced real estate professionals that have been with FYP from its beginnings. We are also proud to count many leading International design and property firms amongst our closest collaborators.
